The assessment and data specialist plays a crucial role in our client projects to globally build strong leadership and Talent, transform Human Resources, and shape & design organizations. We are looking for someone with the ability to learn systems quickly, someone with great interpersonal skills and a strong attention to detail.

Duties and Skills:

- Build custom surveys and reports
- Map custom survey items to standard questions for reports and report calculations
- Add in language translations for surveys and reports
- Detailed survey and report testing
- Problem solving skills for survey and survey report issues
- Work with systems vendors on survey and report customizations
- Develop expertise on three different survey systems and reporting capabilities for each
- Knowledge of coding to format text
- Create and maintain survey sub-admins
- Create manual reports in Word or PPT when needed
- Gather and organize past and present survey data
- Analyze raw data from surveys when needed, and create graphs, charts, or needed data cuts for consultant or project use.
- P /E ratio analysis
- Create instructional step-by-step processes on various new survey and report policy & procedures.
- Work with project coordinators, content designers, clients, and RBL vendors to meet client needs and improve processes
- Manage several projects at the same time

Technical Skills:

- Microsoft Office proficiency with Excel expertise
- SQL & HTML experience a plus

Human Resource Development Training Assistant

This position provides administrative support to the Director of Human Resource Development. HRD provides training and development services for university employees. This includes stand-up training, consulting work, providing online training, and running the university wellness program.

Duties for this position include:

 Scheduling training events on the HRD website and and maintaining the training


 Distributing surveys to customers, collecting the feedback, and compiling reports on

effectiveness of the services provided

 Updating the HRD website content

 Posting on HRD social media accounts and other marketing

 Providing research support for training events

 Preparing and updating presentations

 Ordering and tracking inventory and food

 Collecting receipts and compiling monthly budget and expense reports

 Compiling monthly newsletter and monthly training report

 Collecting reimbursements for employee personal expenses

 Handling some walk-in traffic

 Event planning and setup

 A variety of organization and training projects

 Other administrative duties

Knowledge, abilities, and skills that would be useful:

HR Internship - USANA Health Sciences

Job Summary
USANA Health Sciences is seeking a Human Resources Student to complete an internship with its busy Human Resources team. The intern is a temporary, part-time position typically working 29 hours or less a week, involving various duties pertaining to the incumbent’s field of study. HR Manager - Business Career Center

The HR Manager’s main role is to maintain and enhance the Recruiter Support Team’s team members by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations, policies and practices, and learning opportunities in an effort to make this job the #bestjobatBYU (yes, that is our hashtag. ·         Lead recruiting and interviewing efforts
·         Carry out monthly one-on-one meetings with each member of the team
