Temporary HR Associate - Alliance Health



The Temporary HR Associate provides comprehensive HR Administration and support to Alliance Managers and Associates. Working closely with the HR Manager to ensure a high quality of internal customer service and quality data entry.

Location: Sandy, UT
Responsibilities
  • Administer HR-related documentation
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
  • Assist in the recruitment process; performs recruitment activities, interviews, and evaluates candidates for select positions at headquarters
  • Act as liaison to leaders, associates, and recruiter
  • Assist with orientations, open enrollments, events, and presentations
  • Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
  • Administer benefits plans, workers comp, timekeeping, payroll, leave of absence in accordance with federal and state regulations and plan provisions are followed
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation

  • Provides administration support to HR and other departments leaders as needed
  • Ensures positive employee relations
  • Keeps management advised of potential problem areas
  • Maintains records
  • Assists with preparation and revisions of policies, job descriptions, and other records as needed
  • Perform outreach to community sources as needed
Qualifications
  • BSB/HRM preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • Must have computer skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good punctuation, spelling, grammar and attention to detail a must. Strong interpersonal skills essential
