The Office of People & Places is a centralized group within the People Resources leadership team that acts as internal consulting arm to drive and contribute to critical, cross functional and organizational priorities.  As a member of this group you will play a key role in planning, driving, and executing key initiatives over the course of the summer.  This opportunity will give you a wealth of experience and exposure to our functions (Talent Management, Rewards, Business Partnering, and the Employee Resource Center).  Over the summer, you will be challenged to understand the needs of the business and leverage your MBA mindset to drive strategies forward and make a meaningful impact to the organization. You will provide analytical problem-solving, project management, and change management skills to a variety of issues and initiatives and have a profound impact on the employee experience.

This position will report to the Sr. Manager, People Operations, and partner extensively with the global People Resources Management Team.

Responsibilities
  • Drive large-scale cross functional People Resources initiatives
  • Lead multiple consultative engagements with People Resources functional leads to redesign current processes
  • Develop work plans and process maps, gather and lead analysis on relevant data, work with implementation teams, and facilitate recommendations and decisions
  • Conduct business analytics research and drive cross-functional problem-solving to support and align People Resources strategy to changing needs of the business
  • Develop consultative business partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on projects and initiatives, and the alignment of individual team goals with overall business objectives
  • Drive and ensure regular, ongoing communication and coordination across functions and geographies on all initiative activities
  • Provide business operations support for the Sr. Manager, People Operations and SVP, People & Places
