Our People Pipeline (Leadership Development Program) was established five years ago to prepare and develop the future strategic leaders that will realize our mission to be the best pizza delivery company in the world. By providing operations, business and leadership training we are preparing participants to lead and grow our business into the future.

Core positions (held over the first 2-3 years in your Domino's Pizza Career)

Acclimation Period - Ann Arbor, MI World Resource Center (8-12 weeks)
During this role you will be exposed to our executives and other key decision makers, learn about our company culture and objectives in addition to completing key training requirements to set you up for success before starting your operations training in one of our corporate marketplaces.

Assistant Manager (3-6 months)
As an AM you'll learn everything it takes to be a successful store general manager.

General Manager (3-12 months)
Next you'll run your own store and be profit & loss responsible for the whole operation. You won't be able to do it alone, so you'll have to build a team, motivate and hold them accountable to achieve your objectives.

Manager of Corporate Operations In-Training (3-6 months)
As an MCO- IT (District Manager In-Training) you'll be responsible for the success of approximately 4 retail locations. We'll start you out with this smaller number of stores to help you transition from single store to multi-unit manager.

Manager of Corporate Operations (12-18 months)
Once you're ready you'll receive a larger area to manage; 8-10 locations. You'll spend time training and developing your team and driving business results in your area.

Then what?
After learning our business model from the ground up, you will be uniquely prepared to move into any number of other roles in the company. We'll work together to specifically select these roles to help you to achieve your long term career goals while building on the skills, talents, interests, and experiences gained during your store operations experience. While Pipeline participants can move into any area of our business some of the most popular opportunities are in our International, Franchise Development and Operations, Marketing and Supply Chain Services teams.
