Assessment Internship

Full-time internship. Position is 40 hours per week during normal business hours (M-F). Start date is May 2014 and extends through August 2014. The position could turn into a full-time Assessment Advisor position depending on candidate fit and DecisionWise business needs. Position is based in Provo, Utah.

Hourly = starting $12.00/hr

What you will work on:

The successful intern will be involved in a variety of assessment administration activities, specifically assisting the project management team to track the distribution and collection of surveys and assessments, monitor survey response and participation, organize and analyze data, and support the generation and distribution of assessment reports. This position will give you excellent experience in project management, assessments, and analysis. Unlike typical intern positions, you will take an active and important role within the project management team.

 Experience in a broad range of responsibilities, from detail to big-picture

 Industry exposure to assessments, feedback, leadership and organizational development best

 Experience working with a variety of stakeholders including assessment team members,

consultants, analysts, and technologists

 Great team and working environment


What we expect from you

 This is a position that requires skill and experience working with both data and people.

 Exceptional attention to detail; efficient organization, project management skills

 Strong analytic and critical thinking skills; key knowledge of basic statistics

 Excellent communication and writing skills

 Computer proficiency, experience in spreadsheet and data manipulation

 Ability to function well as part of a team and to be self-directed in individual responsibilities

 Business and social sciences majors are preferred: Psychology, OB/HR, or similar majors
