Traeger Pellet Grills is searching for an Onboarding Recruiting Team Member with HR Exp. that has min. 2-3 years in Accounting, Recruiting, Human Resource or a related analytical field. The perfect candidate would provide analytic reporting and data for Talent acquistions and talent management of Traeger grills applicants, assist with Job Board placement, facilitate the Required New Hire paperwork per state along with other HR related tasks, schedule candidate interviews, process resumes and application videos online. * HR experience in State and Federal compliance regulations concerning New Hire paperwork, benefits and other related Human Related duties/tasks.
* Keen sense to spot "Salesman" like attributes and skill sets from resumes, applications in the initial resume search process
* Assist and manage Job Ad PLACEMENTS.
