O.C. Tanner seeks a Corporate Recruiter that has a passion for recruiting and has advanced technology skills. This person will be an Ambassador for the O.C. Tanner Company and will be a part of the People and Great Work Team.

Job responsibilities:
•             Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, identify potential sources to find qualified candidates, and develop a recruiting strategy and process
•             Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals
•             Interview qualified candidates
•             Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection
•             Applicant tracking
•             Present job offers and follow through until start date
•             Conduct drug/background screenings
•             Conduct exit interviews
•             Assist with H-1B visa procedures
•             Respond to employment verification requests
•             Ensures that all recruiting is conducted within legal parameters
•             Participate in job fairs
•             Participate in ongoing training and seminars

•             2+ years successful recruiting experience
•             SPHR/PHR preferred
•             Strong active and passive candidate sourcing skills
•             Strong interviewing skills
•             Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
•             Must have excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented
•             Experience keeping confidential records
•             Experience with social media recruiting
•             Applicant tracking experience
•             Expert computer skills including:  Word, Excel, PowerPoint,  Outlook, Goggle Docs,  survey monkey  or other similar tools
•             Advanced technology skills related to preparing presentations and video
