Citi's Human Resources function plays a key role in servicing one of the most important client groups for Citi: its employees. The various Human Resource functions share the common goal of attracting, retaining, and developing talent throughout the organization. This concerted vision aligns the Human Resources strategy with the business strategy to help ensure that Citi has the best resources to support its businesses.
 
Program Description:
The Human Resources Summer Analyst (HRSA) Program is a 10 week internship opportunity in New York City. The Program will provide Summer Analysts with on-the-job-training in one of Citi’s Business Groups (Consumer Banking, Institutional Clients Group and Corporate Functions) and HR functions:
Health and Benefits
Employee Relations
Learning and Development
Talent & Performance Management
Diversity Management
Staffing & Recruitment (Professional, Executive, Campus and Temporary)
HR Systems & Technology
 
The Summer Program will provide Summer Analysts with Mentors, networking opportunities and Senior Speaker Events where Citi’s senior management will host discussions and answer questions.  Top performing Summer Analysts will be considered for the full time Human Resources Analyst Program.
 
Training:
The HRSA program begins in June with a 1-2 day training program, providing Summer Analysts with a technology training session, an overview of Citi and our Human Resources Organization.
 
Qualifications:

Proficiency with MS Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint
 
Degree(s): Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree / Graduation in Dec 2014 to June 2015
 
Major(s): Labor and Employment/Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, Organizational
 
Behavior/Performance, Organizational Psychology, Leadership and Management Studies, Management Consulting, and other equivalent degrees in Human Resources
 
GPA: 3.5 and above
