Position Description

The Boeing Company is seeking a results-driven HR Generalist to work with its Boeing Commercial Airplanes division. This role will need to be able to work effectively with employees at all levels including Union Leadership and across the Enterprise.

The business unit comprises of five airplane programs, VIP-derivative airplanes, extensive fabrication and assembly facilities and a global customer support organization.

In this position, you'll partner with front line leaders in Boeing Commercial Airplanes and their teams to communicate and implement Human Resources programs, policies, practices and processes. You will assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives in such areas as leadership development, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

Working closely with HR subject matter experts, the HR Generalist serves as a liaison between the business and HR to ensure that appropriate actions in the areas of recruiting, performance management, and compensation are implemented.

Basic Qualifications For Consideration

Do you have experience working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or HR Management Systems?

Have you participated on or led a project or team?

Do you have experience or educational coursework on HR Labor and/or Employment related laws, policies and procedures?

Typical Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Job related information

Some of our locations operate in a 24-hour facility and may require working variable shifts. These positions will be located at various sites across Puget Sound. Prefer a minimum of a Bachelors degree.
