The Intern provides day-to-day support services to the Human Resources team. The Intern collaborates with other team members on assigned projects and tasks.
- Provides day to day support services to the Human Resources team
- Provide assistant to the Human Resources Generalist with the organization of on-boarding materials, employee relations, etc.
- Provide assistance to the Recruiting Manager by posting job descriptions, coordinating job interviews, travel for candidates and reference checks.
- Organize and process administrative paperwork including documents, file management and correspondence.
- Facilitate internal meetings through effective calendar management such as New Hire Orientation, employee trainings, ect.
- Attend weekly departmental meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
