Description We are currently seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) entry level recruiter and HR assistant to work full time. This position is a long term opportunity. We are seeking individuals that are motivated, driven, and determined. The job responsibilities will include:
Utilizing the internal database to track applicants
Place job postings on the internet on various job boards and manage them
Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract, contract to hire and direct placement employment
Making cold calls to candidates and potential clients
Calling on technical schools as well as other resources to locate the top qualified candidates
Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions
Conduct reference checks and background investigations
Coach candidates through the interview process
Requirements Please ensure that you have the following experience prior to applying for the position.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, as well as overtime when/if needed
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and customer service experience
Any previous experience in any type of sales is a huge plus
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Positive and upbeat attitude
