Job Summary: Full Time position - performs a variety of complex administrative, and professional duties related to planning, organizing, researching and coordinating various Human Resources functions, including but not limited to, recruitment, selection, benefits, HRIS, and training, ensuring that assigned functions are consistent with legal and regulatory requirements.
Education and Experience:
A. Graduation from college with a Bachelor's degree in human resource/business administration, public administration or a related field; AND B. Four (4) years of progressively responsible work experience related to the Human Resource management, including but not limited to, recruitment and selection activities, training program administration and other responsible experience in HR programs related to the above described duties. OR C. An equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and professional certification in HR, (PHR/SPHR, IPMA-CP, etc.) preferred.
