HireVue has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Org Behavior Research Intern to join our team. The person selected for this position will be assisting the CIO in researching talent assessment and management content for possible strategic inclusion in the HireVue product. The ideal candidate must be energetic, a great communicator, creative, and have great interpersonal skills. PRINCIPAL DUTIES &

-Research relevant Org Behavior content to support the HireVue product, following direction from the CIO. -Research validated interview question content to improve HireVue's product offerings.
-Serve as a subject matter expert when related content is developed for the HireVue product.

-Background in org behavior, training, talent assessment & management required (graduate level preferred) -Understanding of business metrics, and success measurements
-Ability to conduct research projects
-Excellent communication and writing skills
-Must be self-directed and work without supervision
-Ability to consistently meet deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
