Position Description
Qualtrics 360 is an exciting new product being offered at Qualtrics. It allows organizations to launch talent development initiatives measuring what they know is important in their organization, analyze it the way they want to, and have complete control of the process. This product requires a new team that will help our clients understand the software and succeed in deploying it inside their organizations.
To fill this role, we are looking for people with strong presentation skills, the ability to understand and apply technical solutions, and can consistently meet deadlines and expectations. Because the team is brand new, we are also looking for people with the leadership skills to help build and grow this new function.

Key duties & responsibilities include:
  • Leading the application and implementation of the Qualtrics 360 platform for Fortune 1000 clients.
  • Collaborate with client contacts to configure the Qualtrics system and its deliverables to meet project requirements and expectations.
  • Teach online and on-site training to client system administrators.
  • Operate effectively and clearly in an unstructured environment.
  • Acquire functional/industry knowledge of HR practices and leadership development programs.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites for on-site trainings and working sessions.
Required Experience & Expertise:
  • BA required, or must be within 6 months of graduation.
  • Robust written and verbal skills is a must; executive level presence and leadership experience preferred.
  • Ability to both work independently and collaborate with others, as well as quickly adapt to shifting priorities and new environments.
  • Capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
