Responsibilities within these areas will include:
* Manage human resources policies, procedures and programs.
* Assist management in the decision making process of different human resources functions: organization, staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee development opportunities, employee orientation and training, etc.
* Active participation in recruiting and selection processes.
* Assuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
* Assuring an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent follow up skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience
* Current enrollment in Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Administration.
* Completed a minimum of 60 college credit hours.
* Minimum 2.75 GPA.
