Position Description:
Job description/Key Responsibilities

A human capital mindset is the strategic investment that an organization makes in its people's abilities, behaviors and energies. This term describes a shift from controlling "people costs" to treating people as strategic knowledge investors in the company. This position will work with various organizations to help in the design and configuration of their Human Capital needs.

We specialize in Core HRMS, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Stock Administration, and Workflow.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Assists in designing and implementing new methods, procedures, and systems (both automated and manual) to improve the processing and flow of information for our clients.
  • Assists in developing documentation of the system specifications, including system scripts, system installation procedures, system backup and recovery techniques and system test methods.
  • Assists in developing cost/benefit analyses for new proposed program modifications, methods, and procedures.
  • Gathers information from clients for analysis of problem areas possible resolution.

Must Have Skills/Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.2

Preferred Qualifications
  • Personal computer and business solutions software skills
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills for design, creation and testing of programs
Professional Skills
  • Strong problem solving background
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact with team members and support personnel
  • Interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
  • Ability to work in a team environment
