Manages full-cycle recruiting and selection process for positions within assigned functional area by collaborating with partners to identify ideal candidate skills and experience needed; sourcing a diverse candidate pool using various methods (for example, cold calling, social networking, job board/internet mining) while promoting employment value proposition; planning and executing the interview process; communicating expectations,
feedback, and status information to candidates, customers, hiring managers, cross-functional partners, and other stakeholders throughout the selection process; providing selection recommendations for functional areas and business unit positions; managing the offer process, including negotiating and communicating offer information, compensation, and benefits; managing the candidate feedback process; and ensuring selection process documentation is completed and entered into human resource systems.
Sources talent and makes or facilitates hiring decisions for exempt and non-exempt positions by developing a pipeline of candidates for positions through various sourcing techniques (for example, campus events, career fairs, online job boards, social networking sites, associations);
determining when and if to utilize third-party assistance (for example, agencies, faculty, organizations) for staffing needs; communicating with
candidates to promote the brand and build interest in the company; reviewing and determining if applicants meet minimum qualifications; and
coordinating with hiring managers and Recruiting team to identify and meet staffing needs.
Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments for Recruiting by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
