Interns assigned to the MyHR Regional Center will work with experienced HR professionals as part of the Global HR Shared Services Organization (MyHR) at eBay. The America’s Regional Center, located in Salt Lake City, UT interacts with employees at all levels of the organization in support of key processes and programs, and liaises with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, etc.) HR Business Partners, and Legal Counsel to resolve complex issues. HR professionals within MyHR are responsible for managing many significant aspects and processes associated with the employee lifecycle from initial hire through termination/retirement. During the assignment with MyHR, intern(s) will have the opportunity to learn basic to advanced practices associated with a world-class centralized HR Shared Services organization, with a focus on developing fundamental leadership skills and competencies. As part of the internship, he/she will participate/lead an initiative or project aligned with one, or more processes supported by the operation.
