HR Generalist with Prosper Inc. in Provo, UT



Objective
Provide general Human Resources administration and support to Prosper as part of a cohesive HR team.
Position Description
  • Supervise the onboarding process for new hires
  • Train supervisors and employees on HR topics
  • Present in New Hire Orientation
  • Manage HRIS
  • Answer supervisor and employee questions related to HR topics
  • Facilitate company communication channels
  • Assist in planning company events
  • Manage list of perks for employees
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years experience in HR
  • Ability to adapt easily to change
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude when dealing with disgruntled employees
