Technical Recruiter Position and recruiting coordinator position with ITQuest, Provo, UT

Note from a recent BYU OBHR undergrad alumni,

My company is currently looking for a Full-time Technical Recruiter right now and I have attached a copy of the job descriptions.
We are also hiring a part-time Recruiting Coordinator position, for a current student, to support the recruiting team. This position is similar to the full-time position job description.

Title: Technical Recruiter
Status: Full Time Employment
Location: Provo, Utah

Purpose: The purpose of the Technical Recruiter is to reach out, interview, negotiate and match high end professionals of varying skills and levels of experience to our customer's job requirements. As this is truly a human to human job, it is vital that candidates demonstrate the ability or disposition to talk, discuss, make and keep commitments and network closely with such professionals. Everything we do at ITQuest is commitment based. The Foundation to our success is built upon Responsiveness, Hard Work and Accountability. We seek focused, well mannered, friendly and commitment minded college graduates to join our company and make a difference in the work place. As this is a performance oriented role, we pay a competitive base salary along with a high commission and bonus structure. Training will be provided.

Must Be or Have:
* Be willing to relocate
* Self Motivated
* Responsive
* Strong work ethic
* Computer proficient (Email, Word, Office, Spreadsheet, etc.)
* Strong oral and written communications skills
* Bachelor's Degree (in any field)

Plus to Have:

* Background in information technology will certainly help, but is not necessary.


Total compensation is made up from a combination of base salary, commission and annual bonuses.
