Job Title:
Recruiting Coordinator Internship

Job Description:
Purpose: The purpose of the Recruiting Coordinator is assist the recruiting team by sourcing resumes, contacting candidates for pre-interview scheduling, and performing other administrative duties which would help the recruiting team to successfully interview, negotiate and match high end professionals of varying skills and levels of experience to our customer's job requirements. As this is truly a human to human job, it is vital that candidates demonstrate the ability or disposition to talk, discuss, make and keep commitments and network closely with such professionals. Everything we do at ITQuest is commitment based.

We seek focused, well mannered, friendly and commitment minded college student who will graduate within the year to join our company and make a difference in the work place. This position can be flexible to the needs of a graduating student and is most likely to lead to a full time career with ITQuest, which will include salary, commissions, bonuses and paid benefits. Training will be provided.

We wish to interview only candidates who will be graduating this year (e.g. April, August, December 2012).
Must Be or Have:
* Self Motivated
* Responsive
* Strong work ethic
* Computer proficient (Email, Word, Office, Spreadsheet, etc.)
* Strong oral and written communications skills
* Actively Working to Complete Bachelor's Degree (in any field)

Plus to Have:
* Background in information technology will certainly help, but is not necessary.

Compensation:
Up to $10.00 per hour. This position can allow up to 40 hours per week.
