Requisition Summary
The PACCAR Summer Internship Program provides an opportunity to learn about PACCAR through a work assignment in one of many different disciplines. Each intern will be integrated into division and department meetings, activities and events to ensure an understanding of PACCAR. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our dynamic organization, while enhancing your resume. At the end of your internship, you have the opportunity to present your accomplishments to your fellow interns and senior management. The positions may be located in Bellevue, Renton or Algona/Auburn.

There will be internship opportunities in the following areas:

?Customer Service
?Human Resources
?Information Technology (BA, Developers, Desk Top Support / Analyst)
?Manufacturing Engineer
?Operations / Materials Handling / Planning
?Quality Assurance / Supplier Quality
?Production Floor (Kenworth Plant)

Job Functions / Responsibilities:
?Participate in job and department specific duties and processes as assigned
?Attend intern orientation, training sessions
?Communicate effectively with various team members
?Provide feedback and suggestions as appropriate
?Manage/participate in special projects as assigned

Eligibility: You may apply if you are currently enrolled as an undergraduate, graduate or Ph.D. student, or you have graduated within the past 6 months. Students are expected to work full-time (40 hours/week) for the duration of the program, so participation is not compatible with attending summer school.
