Administer staffing/employment/recruiting programs. 
Work with hiring manager to document requirements of job openings, as required, opening requisitions(s). Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions. Pre-screen resumes and coordinates with hiring managers to schedule interviews. Document candidate evaluation and interview process. Negotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers. Coordinate on-boarding process for new hires including gathering paperwork, ensuring successful completion of pre-employment testing and scheduling new hire orientation. May develop, support and maintain college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs.
Job Requirements 
 
Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge:
Varies based on job. Familiar with business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.

Typical Education and Experience:
Pursuing Bachelors degree. Little or no related experience.
