Duties:
Perform all Human Resources responsibilities related to: Employee relations, recruiting, HRIS maintenance, benefit administration, new hire and termination processing, Workers’ Compensation claims, employee files, and other requested support.
Qualifications:
The Successful Candidate will:

•Be confidential
•Be organized
•Have good verbal and written communication skills
•Be supportive to company managers and employees
•Be familiar with current standard HR practices
•Be proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
•Have 2-4 years experience working in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience. PHR/SPHR preferred
