We are seeking an entry level HR Generalist to support one of our Human Resources Business Partners for our North American business.  The incumbent will begin working at our Parsippany, NJ Corporate NA HQ but will then be required to relocate and work at any one of our US Manufacturing Plants in order to build functional expertise.


The incumbent will assist with day to day generalist HR responsibilities related to function they will be supporting. This includes:

¿     Build solid working relationships with the functional client group and HR team
¿     Support the HR Business Partner with the implementation of functional client group HR strategy, recruitment activities, roll out of training and development programs, creating effective employee communications and assistance with the performance management process. 
¿     Participate and support the North American HR initiatives such as Performance Development Reviews, Talent Management, Graduate Recruitment
¿     Actively support all administrative work related to internal transfers (international and domestic), assist with recruitment and on-boarding (forms and payroll)
¿     Assist HRBP with coaching and execution support on people issues.
¿     Travel may be required (US and/or Canada)

Basic Qualifications
¿     Must have a BA/BS in Human Resources Management or another related degree. Masters in HR Management
¿     Must have some professional human resources experience, preferably from a summer internship or co-op assignment.
¿     Must be a proactive, results-oriented with a desire to take your career into higher level HR roles.
¿     Must have the ability to relocate to any one of our US manufacturing sites in order to build functional expertise within the supply chain organization.  RBNA manufacturing sites are located in, Missouri, Texas, New Jersey and Mississippi. 
¿     The ability to relocate domestically (short term) and internationally (long-term) for career progression is required.
¿     Must have proven ability to work independently with minimal direction - takes initiative and is proficient at establishing internal relationships.
¿     Proven communication and project management skills.
¿     Must have strong software skills using MS Word, Excel and Power Point
¿     Demonstrated ability to be flexible, adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
¿     Experience working within consumer products, high speed production facility.
