Job Description
RTCRM is currently seeking a talented Human Resources Intern (unpaid) to join our HR team in our Washington, DC office.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Support HR team in developing employee surveys, recruiting projects, employee recognition & training programs
  • May maintain company Intranet: write or collect content, organize information, recommend edits, additions, and archive
  • Assist in planning employee events
  • Assist HR staff in compiling data & reports
  • Other duties may be assigned
Minimum Experience & Other Requirements
  • Currently enrolled degree-seeking student in HR or Business-related program
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding oral & written communication skills, presentation skills a plus
  • Superior attention to detail; strong organizational/planning/program/project management skills
  • Customer service approach to solving problems; strong follow-through is essential
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, dependable & proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
