Finds and refers qualified candidates to managers. Proactively address the talent needs of the organization. Develops and manages positive relationships with managers, employees, HR peers, and outside vendors.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully.
· Contributes to the creation of and help successfully execute yearly recruiting plan.
· Develops relationships with managers and influence them to make good hiring decisions and position Recruiting as valued business partners.
· Continually looks for new ways to improve acquiring the best talent possible in a timely manner.
· Works with the HR Business Partners to identify appropriate compensation for newly hired and promoting employees.
· Determines right fit for each position and location.
· Participates in external career fairs and plan and execute internal fairs as needed.
· Continually fine tunes interviewing questions to fit the position and location.
· Implements and updates “Best Practices” of Recruiting.
· Looks for ways to assist and support HR team with HR responsibilities.
· Tracks Affirmative Action data as required by law.
· Follows the Hierarchy of Decision Making.
· Participates in projects and all other duties as assigned.

Has no supervisory/managerial responsibilities
A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is usually of a personal or sensitive nature. Work may involve motivating or influencing others. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.
Diversified procedures, specialized job standards, and specific policies somewhat limited the latitude permitted for independent judgment. Work requires analytical ability, judgment, and ingenuity. There is moderate amount of discretion available in the job. Decision-making occurs and is normally reviewed with supervisor after it is enacted.
Problems encountered are somewhat complex, requiring analysis of data; weighing the outcomes of a decision. Problems are generally similar in nature, with previous precedent to draw upon. The job makes interpersonal, analytical or organizational demands which the general population would be able to perform with advanced or specialty training.
Nominal impact. Would have little or no noticeable authority to make decisions that would impact the overall company goals and objectives and would not have budgetary responsibilities. The impact of the job would generally effect the services or product which an individual member would receive.
Limited supervision an inspection of work. Errors can be difficult to detect and resolve and/or the consequences of potential errors can be of some significance but limited to small segments of members or departments.
