Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct research and handle special projects as assigned by Leadership to support the goals and objectives of Employment initiatives.

Organize materials for meetings, presentations or reports.

Assist with special projects and events as requested (NoLimits Internship, Onboarding, Talent Development, recruiting efforts, retention, compliance, and compensation).

Create and maintains databases as needed.

Potential projects include, but are not limited to: Intern event coordination and planning, recruiting call projects, hiring events, compliance audit data gathering, etc.

Communicate with outside sources, vendors, Teams, and Internal/External Customers via personal contact, telephone, and written correspondence.

Assist with various research and process improvements for Employment group.

Minimum Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.

EDUCATION:

Progress towards degree in HR Management OR a minimum of 12 hours completed in HR related coursework required.

Minimum junior level.

Must be a full time student (12 credit hours) to be eligible and graduation date must not be before the semester in which you apply.

Maintained 3.0 or above cumulative GPA.

EXPERIENCE:

Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook & Excel.)

Ability to work independently and the willingness to function as a part of a Team.

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and complete assignments with tight deadlines.

Ability to manage time and multiple tasks effectively.

Oral and written communication skills.

Event planning experience.

Involvement in campus organizations, clubs, or extracurricular activities preferred.

Membership in SHRM is a plus.

Previous Leadership positions are a plus.
