GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for a variety of human resources programs and policies, often encompassing several areas of human resources, including organizational development, operations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, or training. Assignments may include development, implementation, and evaluation of programs or policies, and may focus on service delivery within a segment of the firm, providing advice and recommendations. May provide input to or define short and long-term goals and objectives for human resource service delivery.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for a variety of human resources programs and policies, often encompassing several areas of human resources, including organizational development, operations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, or training. Assignments may include development, implementation, and evaluation of programs or policies, and may focus on service delivery within a segment of the firm, providing advice and recommendations.

· May provide input to or define short and long-term goals and objectives for human resource service delivery.

· Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts and techniques.

· Provides resolutions to an assortment of problems of moderately complex scope.

· Uses judgment within defined practices and procedures. Works under normal supervision. Follows established directions. Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy.

· Contributes to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives.

· Failure to achieve results or erroneous judgments or recommendations may require the allocation of additional resources to correct and/or achieve project goals.

· Primary intra-organizational with occasional inter-organizational and external customer contacts on routine matters.

SKILLS

· BS in Human Resources or related field of study.

· 1 year related experience in Human Resources (Internships)

· Organizational skills.

· Analytical ability.

· Communication skills.

· Understanding of business environment.
