We're currently searching for talented individuals for internships in the Human Resources department. An intern at PetSmart's corporate office will be exposed to functions such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness, Learning, or Total Rewards by joining our dynamic, fortune 500 organization in Phoenix, AZ next summer. You'll be assigned a specific project where you won't only add great value to the company, but also maximize your potential!

What to expect from us:

•10 week paid summer internship

Experience/Education Required What we expect:

•Dedicated, hard working students passionate about our business
•Great interpersonal and communication skills
•A junior entering their senior year in the summer of 2012 who is eager to learn
•Other qualifications:
-Currently pursuing Bachelors degree, preferably in a retail program, Management, or Psychology
-Demonstrated leadership skills on campus
-Relevant business or retail experience preferred
-Solid analytical skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Must be motivated, flexible, detail-oriented, with strong organizational and team skills
-Proficiency in MS Office
