Description: The successful candidate will work with our Project Management and Consulting teams in analyzing survey and assessment data, and making client recommendations. This individual will work in a position that combines project management, I/O psychology, data analysis, and consulting responsibilities in providing information to our clients to be used in driving personal and organization change. The Assessment Analyst Manager will also develop or select surveys/assessment instruments, track the distribution and collection of surveys and assessments, organize and analyze the data, and generate and distribute findings. This is a position that works with both data and people, and requires skill in working with both on an ongoing basis. Normal business hours (M-F), as well as on an "as-needed" basis in order to accommodate client needs. Minimal travel may also be required. Position is based in Provo, Utah. Requirements for the position include: . Data Analysis: Strong familiarity with data manipulation and analysis. Strong sense of organization and attention to detail; ability to manage large quantities of data. . I/O Psychology: Background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Research, or similar field is required. . Statistical knowledge: Strong, proven knowledge of statistics and statistical analysis is a must. Familiarity with statistical analysis applications. . Maintain positive client relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer service and interpersonal skills. . Project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects; administrative skills. . Consulting skills. Ability to understand and present the business implications of data to both internal and external clients, as well as to provide recommendations based on the data. . Strong computer proficiency. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email programs. . Team player. Ability to function well as part of a team and contribute beyond individual responsibilities. . Education. A completed BA/BS degree is required. An advanced is strongly preferred. I/O or Clinical Psychology, Organization Behavior, HR, or similar majors are ideal, but not required.
