You’ll heighten your skills through a 10-14 week assignment at a location such as: a manufacturing plant, a division’s headquarters or the corporate office. Assignments can include: Plant HR Generalist, Talent Development, Compensation and Benefits, HR Business Partner, Staffing, Training and Development, and Recruiting.

· Currently Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Related Field
· Graduation Date Between December 2012 and June 2013
· Minimum GPA of 3.0
· Relevant Manufacturing Experience
· Proven Leadership Experience and Adaptability
· Strong Communication, Interpersonal and Organizational skills
· Must be Willing to Relocate for the Summer
