Advanced Education

program with a Master's degree already
completed.

Eligibility Requirements
External candidates with a Bachelor's degree
or Master's degree, who are seeking an entry
level position, or Lockheed Martin employees
with up to 3 years of service who have a
demonstrated record of high performance
and have either undergraduate or advanced
degrees in human resources, labor relations
or a related area with specific human
resources coursework. Graduate degrees are
